Concept:
Top Management Visits consist in a face to face exchange of views and experiences, in this case, between the top management of Canadian and European TV sales houses – on issues identified by the Canadian hosts, as most interesting, relevant, challenging, exciting or reflective of their market and individual companies (topics such as sales automation, targeting and personalisation, the adoption of data-driven sales and pricing strategies, the evolving structure of sales organisation, the changing narrative of television/video to face global online giants, etc.).
Please note that this is by no means a passive conference andthat we don’t expect “speakers and lectures” per say. TMCs are meant as interactive workshops among senior decision-makers; all of whom are mandated to optimise revenue, monetise content and sell advertising on behalf of television broadcasters, regardless of devices, screens and platforms.
