Building cross-platform offers that answer clients’ demand for more creativity, transparency, efficiency and brand integration.
The ESEA is designed as an advanced programme, strategic in nature, and a real mind opener for Executives in management positions within TV sales houses, where the rhythm of work rarely allows for time to look out for inspiration in Europe.
The ESEA offers a unique inspirational agenda for Managers and team leaders who aspire to have a deep knowledge of the television business and a deep impact on the strategy of their company.
The participatory approach of the training puts the “students” at the centre, with a focus on both their personal experience and the knowledge of their counterparts throughout Europe.
Its aim is to help Managers craft strategies for business growth and acquire a vision to drive change in their internal sales structures, no matter which department they are heading.
Over three days, TV and advertising experts tackle important issues impacting the daily job of the different departments within a sales house. Each day is guided by a mentor, who puts his/her knowledge and experience at the service of the “students”.
