The association is administered by the egta Board which may include anywhere between 6 and 20 individuals who are elected by the General Assembly for a renewable term of office of two years.

Please note that within the Board, six people form the egta Executive Committee. The Executive Committee may decide to meet should any emergency arise that requires immediate action, or, simply to prepare a meeting ahead of the Board.
