Training
Providing the key to revenue optimisation requires a sales house of well-trained staff who are up-to-date with the latest advertising space sale and purchase techniques.
egta organises training programmes that are especially designed for sales house
executives. While each course is tailored to the participants' needs and levels of experience, it goes without saying that they are always marketing and sales oriented. 
The training courses organised each year are as follows:
- TV executive masters - Summer programme
- Radio executive masters - Summer programme
- TV executive masters - Winter programme NEW
- In-house courses on EU regulation delivered by the egta team
The masters programmes are open to both egta members and non-member sales houses, which ensures a diverse range of participants. Limited numbers however mean that the masters programmes are one of the very few egta activities which entail a participation fee.
