In case you didn’t book your hotel yet:

» Registration & hotel bookings

» Registration: To register for the meeting, please fill in the registration form (available here) and return it to egta by e-mail ([email protected], [email protected]) or fax (+32 2 290 31 39). We kindly ask you to register before Friday, 14 March in order to enable egta and the host to properly prepare the logistics of the meeting. However, it is possible to register up to three days before the event. Please note that the deadline mentioned above refers to meeting attendance registrations. For more details concerning hotel bookings, please see below.

»Hotel bookings: We would like to draw your attention to the recent change of egta policy with regards to hotel bookings. To give you more flexibility in the booking process, the egta team will no longer book participants’ hotel rooms. Instead, we have negotiated a preferential rate with the hotel where the meeting takes place (Savoyen), and kindly ask you to make your own booking as soon as possible as only limited numer of rooms is still available.
