Radio session: Main topics to be covered include:
» Radio & online audio measurement and currency
» Radio effectiveness and ROI
» Radio research for sales

If you are both TV and radio member, we strongly recommend that you send two delegates as the TV and radio sessions are running in parallel.

» Registration & hotel bookings

Registration: To register for the meeting, please fill in the registration form (available here) and send it back to egta by e-mail ([email protected]; [email protected]) or fax (+32 2 290 31 39). We kindly ask you to register before Friday, 13 December 2013 in order to enable egta and the host to properly prepare the logistics of the meeting. However, it is possible to register up to three days before the event. Please note that the deadline mentioned above refers to meeting attendance registrations. Hotel bookings: We would like to draw your attention to the recent change of egta policy with regards to hotel bookings. To give you more flexibility in the booking process, the egta team will no longer book the participants’ hotel rooms. Instead, we negotiated a preferential rate with the hotel where the meeting takes place (Hyatt), and kindly ask you to make your own booking. Please note that on 28 December 2013 egta will release a block of rooms at the hotel so we recommend that you make your reservation before this date.

Conditions of entry for non members: Participation in this event is free of charge for all egta members. Please note that egta offers non-members access to an event for free in order to see the association in action and to connect with senior professionals from the industry across Europe and beyond.
