The egta TV Database contains useful and comparable resources on TV advertising, audience measurement, regulatory environment, and pricing & sales methods in around 40 countries. It is updated annually by our members – the most recent update was done in June 2023, and includes consolidated market data for 2022.

Important info

We are currently restructuring the TV & radio databases

Based on user feedback and the increasing difficulty of gathering data that is comparable across countries, egta will discontinue certain parts of the databases. As of 2024, the following recourses will still be available in the TV Database:

  • Advertising landscape files by country: limited to sales house info, TV & video viewing time, commercial target groups, and ad spend by international advertisers.
  • Regulatory country profiles will remain unchanged.
  • TV/video audience measurement
