egta Statutory Session 2025

The Statutory Session is an important occasion in egta’s calendar and brings together the entire membership to review our activity, deliver important updates and make crucial decisions about the future of our association.
As the session will take place online, you may assign a senior colleague to represent your company on your behalf. It is essential that at least one senior representative from each egta member attends this session in order to reach the quorum imposed by law. We are counting on your presence and participation!
The session will involve:
- A redefinition of egtas membership base
- Presenting egta’s activity report, achievements and future action plan
- Reviewing past, present and projected budgets
- Announcing the results of the board election (conducted via email in the preceeding weeks)

Therefore, as a data controller, we may process your data for activities related to the organisation of this event such as (but not restricted to) circulating attendance lists, recording photos and videos of the event (available to egta members and event participants), or booking travel and accommodation where appropriate. Participants to the event may include egta members and potential members, egta staff, external speakers and sponsors.
