1/ SHORT PROGRAM – 2.5 days

📅 From Sunday 26 (as of 5.00 PM) to Wednesday 29 October 2025 (1:30 PM)

🏷️ 4.950€ that includes:

  • 3 hotel nights in a 4+* hotel (Hyatt Centric Times Square New York)
  • Networking breakfasts, coffee breaks, all lunches, two dinners (Sunday opening & Tuesday closing dinners)
  • the work of professional moderators/facilitators
  • the presence of the egta team
  • the overall administrative and logistical organisation of the trip
  • all relevant documents before, during and after the trip.

2/ LONG PROGRAM – 3.5 days

📅 From Sunday 26 (as of 5.00 PM) to Thursday 30 October (2:00 PM)

Short 2.5 day-program as described above + 2 half days (29 PM & 30 AM) dedicated to measurement

🏷️ 5.450€ that includes:

  • 4 hotel nights in a 4+* hotel (Hyatt Centric Times Square New York)
  • Networking breakfasts, coffee breaks, all lunches, two dinners (Sunday opening & Tuesday closing dinners)
  • the work of professional moderators/facilitators
  • the presence of the egta team

Your flight to and from New York is not included.

AT THIS STAGE WE ONLY ACCEPT ONE REGISTRATION PER COMPANY UNTIL MONDAY 23 JUNE

  • We will accept a total of 45 participants and will operate on a first come, first served basis.
  • As of Tuesday 24 June, we shall open up all remaining seats and accept a second participant. 
  • Clearly indicate which package you are opting for – with or without the additional day dedicated to measurement so we can plan accordingly

Cancellation policy:
  • Once you register, you commit your company to sending a delegate. A change of person is of course possible until the very last moment, providing he/she meets the seniority criteria for this trip.
  • In view of the full pre-payment conditions imposed by hotels and restaurants, all cancellations will have consequences and we do not guarantee a full refund. We shall of course try to be as flexible as possible.
  • Only the payment of your invoice will guarantee your seat – All unpaid seats will be automatically released as of Monday 18 August to allow people on the waiting list to register
  • There will be no refund for any cancellation after 15 August 2025

Therefore, as a data controller, we may process your data for activities related to the organisation of this event such as (but not restricted to) circulating attendance lists, recording photos and videos of the event (available to egta members and event participants), or booking travel and accommodation where appropriate. Participants to the event may include egta members and potential members, egta staff, external speakers and sponsors. You have the right to object to this processing, however this may result in us being unable to provide our service to you.
