egta @ CES Las Vegas 2027

Join us on an eye-opening four-day journey, from 5 to 9 January 2027, to discover the trends, technologies, and business opportunities that are likely to shape the coming years.

Dates: From Tuesday 5 (or Wednesday 6) January to Friday 8 (departure Saturday 9) January 2027

Cost: 5.600€ per person, including:

    • 5 nights (Monday 4 to Saturday 9) in one of the iconic hotels on the Strip  (extra nights can be booked – advise below)
    • A networking welcome cocktail with finger foodon Tuesday 5 January in front of the Bellagio Hotel
    • Access to the CES exhibition (free until 8 October please register here) from Wednesday 6 to Saturday 9 January 2027 including professionally curated and commented tours
    • The Wizard of Oz show at The Sphere on Thursday 7 January – Optional (minus 165€ if you don’t join)
    • A networking dinner on Friday 8 January
    • Two private breakfast sessions
    • On-site logistics, including a monorail pass, meeting room rental and related arrangements
    • Full organisation of the trip by the team, including the participation of  team members

Please note that the package price does not include:

  • Access to the Digital Hollywood Conference on Tuesday 5 January – You need to register to this conference alongside your CES registration (discount code: DHW25OFF)

  • Travel to and from Las Vegas (and required ESTA/VISA)

Cancellation policy:
Until 31 Oct: 50% cancellation fee
After 30 Nov: no cancellation possible – we advise you to secure a back-up person from your company from the start, in case you need to cancel your personal participation
