Questions included in the survey:
- How long before the first broadcast does a client have to book a linear TV campaign?
- Do you apply late booking fees? If so, how much or what additional percentage do you charge?
- How long before the first broadcast is it possible for clients to modify a campaign /change creatives?
- During the campaign, what elements can clients modify – e.g. audience segments, budget, duration?
- How long before the first broadcast does a client have to cancel a TV campaign?
- What cancellation fee(s) do you charge?
- What is your policy for postponement of campaigns, incl. fees applied and deadlines?
