The compilation investigates how booking, modification and cancellation policies/practices have looked traditionally, how they might have changed since March, and finally, which policies you think may remain post-Covid.

Questions included in the survey:

  • How long before the first broadcast does a client have to book a linear TV campaign?
  • Do you apply late booking fees? If so, how much or what additional percentage do you charge?
  • How long before the first broadcast is it possible for clients to modify a campaign /change creatives?
  • During the campaign, what elements can clients modify – e.g. audience segments, budget, duration?
  • How long before the first broadcast does a client have to cancel a TV campaign?
  • What cancellation fee(s) do you charge?
  • What is your policy for postponement of campaigns, incl. fees applied and deadlines?
