Questions included in the survey:
General
- Are the topics of “responsible and sustainable marketing” and “support to the ecological transition” major topics in your market?
Legislation and lobbying
- Is there a will to legislate on this aspect by your government? If so, what regulatory measures are already in place or under consideration? What position have you taken, as a sales house or broadcaster, with regards to such law proposals?
- Has the advertising industry in your country taken proactive initiatives in this area to avoid facing bans? (lobbying, alliance with other media, joined market statement on the topic, code of conduct, etc.)
Monitoring of advertising trends and commercial offering on the market:
- Do you feel that these themes appear more and more in advertisers’ campaigns? Do you have a monitoring system to quantify this?
- Does your sales house offer specific commercial products or packages intended for advertisers with a “responsible behaviour” (e.g. sustainable or organic products, low nutritional aspect, electric or hybrid cars, message against discrimination, etc.)?
- If yes, what are the conditions and details of your commercial offer? Are there specific conditions to get access to this offer? E.g. such as a recognised label or a national charter for brands to subscribe to etc.?
